DK88 Terms and Conditions

This page sets out the agreement you make with DK88. It applies the moment you use any part of this site. That includes the casino lobby, slots, instant games, the sportsbook, King's Market, the Bonuses page and the VIP lobby. Opening an account, placing a wager or claiming an offer signals your acceptance. Anyone who disagrees with a section below should stop using the account, not keep playing under it.

Scope of this agreement.

These rules cover all of DK88 plus the linked Android and iOS apps. A DK88 page's English, Vietnamese and Malay text all carry the same meaning. The English wording decides any case where a translated line could be read two ways. Two other policies join this document to form a single agreement. They are the Dispute Resolution policy and the Responsible Gaming page. That page sets out the pauses and limits you can request whenever you choose. This agreement also includes the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility to register.

You need to be 18 or older. DK88's registration form asks you to confirm this. A false confirmation cancels everything that follows from it. Checking whether gambling is legal where you live is your own responsibility.

• DK88 allows only one account per person. The same limit covers each household, device and payment instrument.
• The username, phone number and email address you register with DK88 must belong to you. They must also be correct.
• A DK88 account built on false information is at risk of being frozen. DK88 can cancel bets on that account. The balance can also be held until the matter is resolved.
• DK88 accounts are individual; none can be sold, handed over or used by someone else to play.

Signing in and keeping your login safe.

DK88 requires a username plus a password of six characters or more. You can also sign in with the Google button offered on the same screen. Whatever happens under your login is treated as your own action. Change your password immediately if you think someone else has learned it.

Confirming your email address early unlocks 18 free spins with no wagering attached. Verified email and phone details are also how DK88 reaches you. It may be about a withdrawal query, a security flag or an open case. Keep both current. DK88 may ask for identity proof before a payout.

Currency, deposits and withdrawals.

DK88 runs all balances, stakes and payouts in MYR. The options are shown along the footer of every page: DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, FPX online banking, USDT and USDC. Minimums, processing time and limits differ by method. They are shown at the point of payment, not fixed here.

• Pay in only from an account, card or wallet held in your own name. A deposit from someone else's instrument can be reversed, and the account can be restricted.
• A withdrawal returns to the deposit method wherever the provider supports it. Crypto payouts go to the wallet address you supply. Check that address twice — a sent transaction cannot be pulled back.
• Your balance exists for play and earns no interest. Money that goes in and straight back out without being played may be queried before release.
• A payment can sometimes sit with a provider longer than expected. When that happens, DK88 relays the status to you.

Promotions, promo codes and King's Market.

Bonus funds and anything won from them stay locked until the wagering tied to the offer is cleared. Do not claim an offer twice. Do not clear it through minimal-risk or opposite-outcome play. Either can cost you the bonus and every winning it produced. Dash Coins earned through check-ins, quests and achievements are redeemed inside DK88's King's Market. They can be exchanged for free spins, deposit bonuses and free bets. Coins are not money, so they cannot be transferred, swapped between accounts or cashed out.

Sports betting.

DK88's betslip becomes active only once you are logged in. A wager is locked in the instant it is accepted, at the price displayed then. If the price shifts while you are confirming, DK88 offers you the updated figure instead.

• DK88 settles results against the outcome the competition's organiser publishes. A later correction to that outcome carries through to the settlement.
• DK88 refunds a stake in several cases. An event may be called off or delayed well past a reasonable window. A market may be posted by error, or list the wrong participants. A price may also be plainly wrong.
• Cash-out appears whenever a price for it exists. DK88 never guarantees it at a given instant. A request can be turned down if the market shifts while it is being handled.
• DK88's on-site scores, clocks and stats are there to guide you. Settlement always follows the event's official record.

Casino, slots and instant games.

Titles inside DK88's casino lobby, slots and instant games sections come from the studios credited on those pages. Each result is produced by that studio's own generator. Nobody on either side can shape a round once it starts.

A dropped connection, a closed tab or a phone locking mid-round is resolved using the provider's record. DK88 usually leaves an unfinished round waiting when you come back. A round hit by a clear malfunction is cancelled along with whatever it paid. Demo play never charges you and never pays out.

The VIP programme.

The ladder described on DK88's VIP page runs Dasher, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Infinity. DK88 grants each level once you reach the deposit and turnover target set for it there. Benefits switch on the following day. DK88 reviews the ladder monthly. Falling short afterwards can mean dropping back down. Reaching a higher level's numbers lets you skip past the ones in between. Infinity sits at the top of that same target table rather than being handed out separately.

Conduct that is not allowed.

• Registering a second DK88 account, or logging into one that belongs to somebody else, to keep playing.
• Any use of bots, scripts or automated wagering against DK88.
• Taking advantage of a software bug, a bonus that was credited twice, or odds posted in error. Report these to DK88 support instead.
• Filing a chargeback with a payment provider instead of raising the matter with DK88 first.
• Abuse directed at DK88 support staff or other players.
• Accessing DK88 while under 18, or letting a minor use your account.

Any of the above can lead DK88 to void bets, remove bonuses and coins, and restrict an account. Funds deposited properly and not owed elsewhere are still returned to you.

Updates to these terms, closing your account and contacting us.

DK88 may update these terms from time to time. Whatever is published here is the version in force, effective from the moment it goes live. A change never reaches back to alter a bonus you are already wagering through. Closing your DK88 account is your choice at any point. Withdraw real-money funds first, since bonus and coin balances lapse the moment the account shuts. A pause rather than a full closure is covered separately, on DK88's Responsible Gaming page.
