Terms and Conditions

This page sets out the agreement you make with DK88 the moment you use any part of this site — the casino lobby, slots, instant games, the sportsbook, King's Market, the Bonuses page and the VIP lobby. Opening an account, placing a wager or claiming an offer signals your acceptance; anyone who disagrees with a section below should stop using the account rather than keep playing under it.

Scope of this agreement

These rules cover this whole site plus the linked Android and iOS apps. A page's English, Vietnamese and Malay text all carry the same meaning, and the English wording decides any case where a translated line could be read two ways. Two other policies join this document to form a single agreement — the Dispute Resolution policy and the Responsible Gaming page, which sets out the pauses and limits you can request whenever you choose — alongside the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility to register

You need to be 18 or older. The registration form asks you to confirm this, and a false confirmation cancels everything that follows from it. Checking whether gambling is legal where you live is your own responsibility.

  • Only one account is allowed per person, and the same limit covers each household, device and payment instrument.
  • The username, phone number and email address you register must belong to you and must be correct.
  • An account built on information that later proves false is at risk of being frozen — bets can be cancelled and the balance held until the matter is resolved.
  • Accounts are individual; none can be sold, handed over or used by someone else to play.

Signing in and keeping your login safe

Registration needs a username plus a password of six characters or more, or the Google button offered on the same screen. Whatever happens under your login is treated as your own action, so a password change should follow immediately if you think someone else has learned it.

Confirming your email address early unlocks 18 free spins with no wagering attached. Verified email and phone details are also how a withdrawal query, a security flag or an open case gets relayed to you, so keep both current and be ready to prove your identity before a payout goes through.

Currency, deposits and withdrawals

All balances, stakes and payouts run in MYR, through the options shown along the footer of every page — DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, FPX online banking, USDT and USDC. Minimums, processing time and limits differ by method and are shown at the point of payment, not fixed here.

  • Pay in only from an account, card or wallet held in your own name; a deposit from someone else's instrument can be reversed and the account restricted.
  • A withdrawal returns to the deposit method wherever the provider supports it; crypto payouts go to the wallet address you supply, so check it twice — a sent transaction cannot be pulled back.
  • Your balance exists for play, earns no interest, and money that goes in and straight back out without being played may be queried before release.
  • A payment can sometimes sit with a provider longer than expected; when that happens, its status gets relayed to you rather than left unexplained.

Promotions, promo codes and King's Market

Card-specific conditions govern every offer on the Bonuses page and override anything general stated here — the 588% slots welcome package with 218 free spins, achievements and quests inside the loyalty area, a birthday scratch card, up to 100 Dash Coins from the daily check-in, the daily wheel of fortune, weekend cashback, up to 1% from the daily rebate and up to 16% from the daily reload. A promo code on the registration form is optional, but only works when entered before, not after, the deposit it unlocks.

Bonus funds and anything won from them stay locked until the wagering tied to the offer is cleared, and claiming an offer twice or clearing it through minimal-risk or opposite-outcome play can cost you the bonus and every winning it produced. Dash Coins earned through check-ins, quests and achievements are redeemed inside King's Market for free spins, deposit bonuses and free bets — coins are not money, so they cannot be transferred, swapped between accounts or cashed out.

Sports betting

The betslip becomes active only once you are logged in, and a wager is locked in the instant it is accepted, at the price displayed then; if the price shifts while you are confirming, you are offered the updated figure instead.

  • Results are settled against the outcome the competition's organiser publishes; a later correction to that outcome carries through to the settlement.
  • A stake is refunded when an event is called off or delayed well past a reasonable window, when a market is posted by error, when the wrong participants were listed, or when a price is plainly wrong.
  • Cash-out appears whenever a price for it exists; it is never guaranteed at a given instant, and a request can be turned down if the market shifts while it is being handled.
  • On-site scores, clocks and stats are there to guide you — settlement always follows the event's official record.

Casino, slots and instant games

Titles inside the casino lobby, slots and instant games sections come from the studios credited on those pages, and each result is produced by that studio's own generator — nobody on either side can shape a round once it starts.

A dropped connection, a closed tab or a phone that locks mid-round is resolved using the provider's own record, so an unfinished round is often still there when you come back; one hit by a clear malfunction is cancelled along with whatever it paid. Demo play never charges you and never pays out.

The VIP programme

The ladder described on the VIP page runs Dasher, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Infinity. Each level is granted once you reach the deposit and turnover target set for it there, with benefits switching on the following day; the ladder is reviewed monthly, so falling short afterwards can mean dropping back down, while reaching a higher level's numbers lets you skip past the ones in between. Infinity sits at the top of that same target table rather than being handed out separately.

Conduct that is not allowed

  • Registering a second account, or logging into one that belongs to somebody else, to keep playing.
  • Any use of bots, scripts or automated wagering.
  • Taking advantage of a software bug, a bonus that was credited twice, or odds posted in error — rather than telling support about it.
  • Filing a chargeback with a payment provider instead of raising the matter with us first.
  • Abuse directed at support staff or other players.
  • Accessing the site while under 18, or letting a minor use your account.

Any of the above can lead to voided bets, removed bonuses and coins, and a restricted account; funds deposited properly and not owed elsewhere are still returned to you.

Updates to these terms, closing your account and contacting us

These terms may be updated from time to time; whatever is published here is the version in force, effective from the moment it goes live, and a change never reaches back to alter a bonus you are already wagering through. Closing your account is your choice at any point — withdraw real-money funds first, since bonus and coin balances lapse the moment the account shuts. A pause rather than a full closure is covered separately, on the Responsible Gaming page, alongside the limits and cooling-off periods open to you.

The same conduct reasons above can lead us to suspend or shut an account instead. Raise a disagreement through the Dispute Resolution process rather than a chargeback, via the feedback and support entry in the site's menu. Account holders here must be 18 or older. 18+.
